Our support team is available by email at support@justvertical.com, and every farm comes with onboarding guidance and access to our grower resources. For larger farm operations, we also offer custom support options beyond our standard support materials.

Meet Our TeamWhat kind of maintenance is required?
Regular maintenance includes monitoring water quality, nutrient levels, and pH balance. Routine checks on the lighting and HVAC systems are also necessary to ensure optimal growing conditions. We provide detailed guidelines and support to assist with maintenance. We also provide custom training and assistance on larger farms on a by-needs basis.
